This privacy policy explains the manner in which we collect and maintain non public information about our customers (such as your full name, mailing address, bank details, hence forth "Information"). 

By providing us with Information, you are giving us your consent to collect, use and store the Information in the manner explained hereto.

When do we collect information from you?

We collect information from you when you (a) open an account and provide us with Information through electronic registration forms; (b) make a transaction with us including when you Contract broadcast Content to Play-out on Our Channel.

How do we use the information collected?


    • Use of Information

We use personal information only as appropriate to provide you quality service and security. For example, we may use the Information collected from you to verify your identity. We may also use this Information to establish and set up your Advertising or Royalty account, issue an account number, issue a password, log your activity and contact you from time to time. The Information helps us improve our services to you, customize your browsing experience and inform you about additional products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you. Should you ever deactivate your account with us, we will keep your information on file, but only use it to comply with regulatory requirements and to contact you occasionally with the option to reactivate your account. 

    • Sharing Information

We do not disclose or share Information about any of our users (whether active or inactive) to any affiliated third parties or non-affiliated third parties other than in the manner and entities set forth below:

    • To service providers for the purpose of opening, operating and servicing your account. Such service providers may include attorneys, accountants, auditors, financial and other professionals;
    • We do not share credit information, such as credit history, net worth, or other income information.
Indemnity

Both Contracting Parties shall indemnify themselves from any legal claims,disputes,grievances outside the legal framework of this agreement that constitutes a right to share an agreed upon commission upon disclosure and engagement with,whose Names are the undersigned.

Both Parties shall hereby witness that they intend to behave respectfully & honourably with each other during and after the signing of the Contractual agreement,and shall agree to keep each others business affairs confidential,and not to disclose any business names or products to the press or any publication without the written permission from the other party.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create any partnership, association, joint venture, fiduciary or agency relationship between 5 Star Film Co.Ltd or the Television Channel owner and intellectual Property Owner.

We reserve the right to revise, modify, and/or change the Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions at any time. Should we decide to make any changes to this Privacy Policy we will notify you of any such change by either posting notice on our website for public view or alternatively by notifying you by email of any changes to our policies.

Updating Your Information

In the event that you believe our Information is in anyway inaccurate, please let us know immediately. We will correct any inaccuracies as quickly as possible where necessary.

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU OR THE ENTITY THAT YOU REPRESENT (hereinafter “You” or “Your”)  and  5 Star Film Company Ltd.  GOVERNING YOUR USE OF ,Service(s)”).

Acceptance of the Terms

You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in order to accept the Terms. If you do not agree to the General Terms, do not use any of our Services. If you agree to the General Terms and do not agree to any Service Specific Terms, do not use the corresponding Service. You can accept the Terms by checking a checking-in to read this page.

User Sign up Obligations

You need to sign up for a user account by providing all required information in order to access or use the MEDIA KIT Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Services for corporate internal use, we recommend that you, and all other users from your organization, sign up for user accounts by providing your corporate contact information. In particular, we recommend that you use your corporate email address. You agree to: a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the sign up process; and b) maintain and promptly update the information provided during sign up to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if we has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete,we may terminate your user account and refuse current or future use of any or all of the Services.

Personal Information and Privacy

Personal information you provide to One World Television through the Service is governed by 5 Star Film Company Ltd. & its Operator "World Television Programs policies, Your election to use the Service indicates your acceptance of the terms of the policy. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information. You are responsible for all activities that occur in your user account and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of your user account by email to this websites address or by calling us on any of the numbers listed. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of your user account, or otherwise.


TV PLAYER Broadcast Affiliates.

TV Player Broadcasting Affiliates are Individuals or Companies that have elected to embed a FilmOn tv TV Channels Player on their Websites to provide an entertainment Service which can boost visitors to their websites.

The  interested Party who registers to distribute the Internet TV Platform & Player will become an affiliate,who is then entitled to earn commissions from all three of our commissions schedules. Affiliate will open an account from our link provided to the Partners Affiliate sign-up page. 

The FilmOn tv terms & Conditions shall also apply.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ,One World Television & 5 Star Film Company Ltd its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims that you have used the Services in violation of another party's rights, in violation of any law.



You agree to defend and indemnify Us and any Vendors, third party providers and distributors and their respective officers, directors employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this Site (including without limitation any violation by You of these Terms).

LICENCE AGREEMENT  NON-TRANSFERABLE AND
NON EXCLUSIVE LICENCE:
 
 A. Licensor has established a World Concerts Webcam Viewers platform on its Website and is entitled to license to others including Licensee, to promote the sale of Web Cam Concerts to Viewers on behalf of the agreeable Performing Artistes & their Agents or Management.
B. Licensee wishes to license the broadcasting of Events Performances via internet video/or webcam,on the Video platform owned by        5 Star Film Co.Ltd as well as upon the websites of the Licensees choice,and Licensor has agreed to license such use, pursuant to the terms of this agreement. The Licensor has established the Brand Named Promotion Tool as its Copywrite Intellectual Property,The Pay-Master Promo-Tool,which is licensed to be adopted with the Licensees own Promotion materials & Photos or Logo.　
  1. GRANT OF LICENCE
Licensor hereby grants to Licensee, for the internal & external use of Licensee,a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use: The video player stationed on 5 Star Film Co.Ltd website in which to broadcast streamed Artistes Concerts or live broadcasts or recorded broadcasts via worldwide webcam Video or High Definition Television Camera equipment. Other external Websites may be deployed according to the requirements of the Licensees,providing The assigned Box Office Form embed code is utilised in order to vendor the Tickets via Licensor s Pay Button & account. 

Terms of service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

 
The Service is web-based and registered users (each an “Account Holder”) receives access to Our hosted Concert viewers Site to broadcast “Live Concerts direct from  engaged Concert venues. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content,In addition, you must provide all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer reasonable quality Camera and modem or other access device. The access code to the Broadcast Control Room shall be disclosed only after the Licensee application has been accepted.You also understand and agree that the service provides  the Performer a 50% share only of the audience revenue generated from our promotions.

3. REGISTRATION

In order to use the Service, you must be an accessible publically known Band  member,Manager,Agent,Promoter of Artistes Agency or Record Company official, unless the broadcast is for the purpose of providing a service, such as teaching & lecturing. As a Licensee,web-cam broadcaster You are responsible for informing 5 Star Film Co.Ltd of each time ,date,and venue of each Concert that you require to be broadcast at least  4 days in advance.
 
4. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
If you cancel the Service, your cancellation will take effect immediately. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to our Web site codes without payment. 5 Star Film Co.Ltd accepts no liability for the content of any broadcast material.
You agree that following the lack of use of the webcam site after a period of 12 months automatically terminates this licensing agreement.

5. FINANCING POLICY

5 Star Film Co.Ltd. shall forward the amount and currency equivilent of £1 per paying Customer who accesses the Concert Venue. Payments shall be by cheque sent by post no later than 2 weeks from the event date..
 

OF WEBSITE ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will the Licensor be liable, in any way, for any acts or omissions by a Guest, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions against our un-warranted re-recording ban terms.

8. CONTENT AND CONDUCT RULES AND OBLIGATIONS

You understand that all information, data, music, sound,video, messages or other materials ("Content") are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You, and not the Licensor are entirely responsible for all Content that you transmit or otherwise make available via the Service.

 12. ADVERTISERS

You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for the Licensor 5 Star Film Co. Ltd to promote the Service. You agree that the Licensor shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

13. LINKS

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to the Licensor the World Wide Web sites or resources. Because  the Licensor has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products,or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. 

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold the 5 Star Film Co.Ltd and its officers, director’s, agents, harmless from any demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your Guests The user [viewer] is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access. 

15. RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission & Contract Agreement signed by the Licensor. The Broadcasting Service is available as a licensing Business Model under the Trade Name,"The Business Conference Broadcasting Arena"

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The Licensor has the right to decide the cost of internet webcam concert whilst assuring the integrity not to change the agreement to award exactly 50% of the income to each Licensee throughout the entirety of the Licensing agreement term. The Licensor allows the Licencee the right to embed the Video Player on another website. If non paying guests are allowed on to the Video Player access by means of breach of this agreement,the number of non paying guests ticket fees shall be subtracted from the revenue fee amount owed to the Licensee for the particular event in question. This Licensing contract agreement may be terminated immediately on receipt of written notification.


REFUND POLICY

As broadcasting can be subject to technical problems,and weather conditions,Customers use Computer Systems at their Own risk always,so no refunds can be given.
