5 Star Film Co.Ltd. envision the need to create a new World entertainment Television Channel that specialises in bringing to the masses the very best  music & performing arts that exists in the World today. At present Sky TV Channels all compete with one another by delivering successive rounds of recycled movie repeats & economically produced programs pitched from selling houses or antiques to gawdy soap operas, whilst each Channel tends to copy one anothers genre and programming style.They regularly  fail to bring to the public consistently great musical performances! MTV is rowdy and constantly chaotic and the arts ie fine jazz ethic music Bauhaus cabaret acappella reggae African Indian classical music  folk Celtic and so on are all locked out!   We recognise the need for a televised promotional review of the avant garde as well as world music that has always been ignorantly ignored by the mainstream producers & obscured to the enlightened listener. This includes Edinburgh Festival reviews up and coming Acts and  Comedians, fresh talent that all too often fades into obscurity after a brief reign of exposure. Whilst "pop idols" seeks to discover the next Stars amidst the stock  pile of commercial mediocrity, there is room for a pure entertainment channel to exist that will capture the ears of weary "flog it" and antiques road show repeats viewers that will up up the ratings,drive up advertising revenues and enable the affording of movies to be broadcast during the day,and selected Concerts to be broadcast during the evenings. The Vision is to focus upon all the worlds heritage of Culture and to mix and exchange that culture around the World,to open up the exchange of perceptions and values that people hold at their generic roots.   What 5 Star Film Co.Ltd. aspires to achieve is what no other Concert Production Company have even attempted to do,and that is to take Our marketing plan action around the World and to attempt to distribute to a record number of Broadcasting TV Networks.This aim satisfy s our desire to bring the Arts to as many diverse Cultures as possible,which simultaneously begins to break down the barriers and alienation that Cultural walls can impose upon the Nations. Therefore with adequate funding we will be establishing a future Marketing campaign in Russia as well as in Georgia and other States that broke away from the Soviet Union,all in all allowing these turmoiled States,not only to share their National Musical Cultural Identity with Us in the West,but to enable those elders who once grew up in a suppressed political and social environment to be exposed to a more Liberal and idealist Musical Heritage Artistic influence that  always was generated by a Peace Loving Creative Lineage of advanced Débutante Artistes,who became Legendary and Famed in their  own right because they left artistic content & worth behind them that was an Inspiration to Generations.
